Entrance Exams into Form 1 and 6ème: Minister Nalova Lyonga Begins Supervision Visits in Yaounde

On May 13, 2026, Minister Nalova Lyonga started supervisory visits to centers hosting competitive entrance exams into Form 1 of General Secondary Education and Technical Education, as well as the concours d’entrée en 6ème (French subsystem) and into first year of technical education.

Her first stop was Government High School Efoulan in the Mfoundi Division. Simultaneously, another delegation led by Inspector General of Education, Adjaba Biwoli Jean Pierre, began inspections at Government Technical Bilingual High School Nlongkak to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.

No major incidents were reported as of early morning. The tours aim to guarantee transparency, security, and adherence to the exam schedule.

Inspections will continue in other schools in Yaoundé and across the country in the coming days.
