Passionate about journalism, I am particularly interested in issues related to education and in topics that help inform, raise awareness, and educate the public about the realities of the educational system and initiatives that contribute to the training and development of young people.
Through the section Educ-info, my objective is to provide informative and educational content covering the entire education sector: from primary education to higher education, including secondary education and specialized vocational schools. This section also highlight students who stand out through their talents, initiatives, entrepreneurial projects, or income-generating activities, with the aim of promoting youth engagement and innovation.
Elisabeth Mbarga, student in third year of journalism at advanced school of mass communication (ASMAC), founder of Gen.info and a generalist journalist. I am deeply curious about the realities that shape everyday life. My work focuses especially on digital journalism and how information spreads in our connected world. Through this blog, I put people at the center of every story. My approach is simple, dynamic, and rooted in real life. I pay close attention to social issues in Yaoundé and beyond. My goal is to inform with purpose: to let citizens share their stories, to report facts honestly, and to take part in meaningful public conversation. This blog is a space for community-centered journalism. It covers many topics such as society, religion, sports, health, and education. Every article is built on accuracy, empathy, and careful fact-checking. I draw from field reporting, personal stories, and multimedia tools like text, photos,audio and video. The human dimension is always at the heart of what I do.
Andréa TITTI, étudiante en troisième année de journalisme à l’école supérieure des sciences et techniques de l’information et de la commuunication et auteure de Santé.info. Passionnée par les questions de santé et de bien-être, je suis l’auteure de la rubrique Santé.info du blog Xpress-info, une plateforme dédiée à l’information traitée sous un angle journalistique. Mon intérêt pour la santé est né au cours de mes stages académiques réalisés dans plusieurs médias, notamment à la CRTV Littoral, à la Radio Campus UY2 et au journal Le Messager, où j’ai été amenée à travailler au sein de rédactions traitant, entre autres, des sujets liés à la santé. Ces expériences ont renforcé mon engagement à mieux comprendre les enjeux sanitaires qui touchent nos communautés au quotidien. À travers mes recherches, mes lectures et mes échanges avec des professionnels, j’ai développé une approche axée sur la vulgarisation de l’information médicale, afin de la rendre accessible au plus grand nombre.
Avec Santé.info, mon objectif est simple : informer, sensibiliser et aider chacun à mieux prendre soin de sa santé grâce à des contenus fiables, clairs et adaptés à notre contexte. J’aborde également les évolutions du système de santé au Cameroun, tout en proposant des contenus variés allant de la prévention des maladies aux actualités sanitaires, en passant par des conseils pratiques pour le bien-être au quotidien, ainsi que des informations essentielles pouvant contribuer à sauver des vies. Ce blog se veut avant tout un espace de partage et d’éducation, où la santé devient une priorité accessible à tous.
